This\u00a0Terms of Use (\u201cAgreement<\/strong>\u201d) set forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Site and Services. By accessing the Site or purchasing any Services, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement.<\/p>

1. Services<\/h2>

RealSubscriber provides services, including social media engagement, promotion and subscription services (the \u201cServices<\/strong>\u201d) to enrich your social profile. The Services may be purchased online through the Site. By purchasing any Services, you agree to pay the indicated price and further agree that (a) you have the authority make such a purchase, (b) you have the authority to use or access the social media account linked to the purchase.<\/p>

You acknowledge and agree that all orders are final and that refunds will only be offered in accordance with the terms of the Refund Policy in this Agreement. Other refunds will only be granted in the RealSubscriber\u2019s sole discretion.<\/p>

The services can be used for digital promotional packages for any social media networks which we are offering.<\/p>

The services sometimes might be delivered later than the specific timeframe stated on the Site\u2019s order page. This is absolutely normal on socia networks. Contact our Support Team if your order isn\u2019t delivered in time, they will most likely find a suitable solution for it.<\/p>

You use always the services on your personally own risk. We are not responsible in any way of the consequences that may occur because of using our service.<\/p>

2. Payment<\/h2>

The following terms apply to Customers who have purchased any Services of the Site.<\/p>

The \u201cCustomer Payment\u201d means the price paid by Customer when Customer ordered services or RealSubscriber’s invoiced price for the Services issued through the payment gateway.<\/p>

Customer pay in full and on time when you order the Services.<\/p>

3. Acceptable Use Policy<\/h2>

The following sets forth RealSubscriber\u2019s\u00a0Acceptable Use Policy<\/strong>.<\/p>

3.1 Third-Party Promotion Campaigns<\/strong><\/h3>

You should not run other promotion campaigns while your campaign is running by RealSubscriber. We use public statistics to measure the results of our campaign, which other campaigns may interfere with. If you do run other promotion campaigns simultaneously with RealSubscriber\u2019s promotion campaigns, then you agree that ALL followers, likes, views, comments, subscribers, and so on that you gain during the duration done by RealSubscriber\u2019s promotion campaigns.<\/p>

3.2 Campaign Duration<\/strong><\/h3>

We cannot and do not make any guarantees about how long your order will take to successfully complete. The time frames mentioned on the Site, by our support employees in emails or any other correspondence is not a guarantee of how long it will take the promotion campaigns to successfully complete. Any estimate provided by the Site regarding how long a promotion campaigns may take to successfully complete is simply a guideline designed to help our customers plan ahead.<\/p>

3.3 Pausing Campaigns<\/strong><\/h3>

By purchasing the Services, you agree that RealSubscriber reserves the right to pause your campaign for some reasons. It is always our goal to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible; however, there may be certain circumstances such as a page didn’t seem public or the link may only be shared with a small group of people or an upgrade performed to a Social Network that may make pausing your campaign necessary. Pausing a campaign does not make you eligible for any partial or full refunds.<\/p>

3.4 Link Modification<\/strong><\/h3>

You should not change, modify and\/or remove your account, username, post, video, track, album, and so on (refered as Link) while your order is running. Doing so may make your Link inaccessible and cause an interruption of our service. You agree that any changes, modifications and\/or removal of your Link without prior notice and approval from RealSubscriber, will make your affected order(s) subject to terminations and ineligible for any type of refund.<\/p>

3.5 Over-Delivery of Service<\/strong><\/h3>

RealSubscriber may over-deliver the Services it guarantees, including but not limited to delivering extra likes, subscribers, followers, views, members or comments more than ordered. This over-delivery amount (Extras) should be considered a buffer, in the event of a small loss of performances. Extras are not covered by the Retention Guarantee and Extras are not eligible for refills in case of a loss that is equal to or less than the over-delivery amount.<\/p>

3.6 Retention Guarantee<\/strong><\/h3>

We offer a warranty or refill guarantee for any purchased services for 30 days from payment date. If a customer purchase any Services and then loses likes, subscribers, followers, views, members or comments, RealSubscriber may be able to refill this at no cost at our sole discretion.<\/p>

RealSubscriber\u2019s Retention Guarantee is VOID if:<\/p>

  • The customer makes their Link to private, restricted or otherwise inaccessible (e.g. changing the customer\u2019s username) during and\/or after a campaign.<\/li>
  • If a customer blocks, deletes, bans and\/or removes the likes, subscribers, followers, views, members or comments that they received from RealSubscriber.<\/li>
  • The customer ordered from a different company, person, or service at any time.<\/li>
  • The customer\u2019s account had experienced a reduction in likes, subscribers, followers, views, members or comments before purchasing from RealSubscriber or those acquired via different means.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    4. Limitation on Liability<\/h2>

    Under no circumstance shall the Site be responsible for any damages, liabilities, or losses, whether sounding in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of your use of the Services. You understand and acknowledge that your use of the Services is at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damages, liabilities, or losses.<\/p>

    5. Changes to Terms of Use<\/h2>

    This Agreement is subject to occasional revision, and if we make any substantial changes, these changes will be effective immediately for new customers of our Services.<\/p>

    RealSubscriber holds the right to make changes to the Agreement at any time. Customers who use the Site agree to follow any change or modification and are bound to the modified Terms of Use.
