Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not open a fraudulent dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason, except the following circumstances. RealSubscriber maintains a clear and transparent cancellation policy. Here are the terms of the cancellation policy. 

  1. You can request a cancellation if your order has NOT been processed within 7 days.
  2. Cancellation requests will only be considered if the order cannot be completed or delivered within the specified time frame for each package.
  3. The customer accidentally placed a duplicate order.
  4. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been processed, a proportional deduction will be applied based on the work completed or services rendered. The remaining balance will be refunded accordingly. Please note that the refund amount may vary depending on the stage of the order.

All cancellation requests should be sent to our Support Department. The cancellation request will be processed and confirmed by our respective department within 24 hours.

RealSubscriber will not be held responsible for any third party services such as hosting, web development, content writing etc.

2. Refund Policy

We will refund the Customer Payment, using the same payment method the customer used for the original payment.

If a refund is issued to the customer, they will receive the amount of the original payment, minus transaction and any other applicable fees.

We issue refunds to customers for the following reasons:

  1. Order was cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy specified above.
  2. If you are not satisfied with the result of an order that has not yet been delivered in full, or your order has been partially completed, we will offer a partial refund corresponding to the incomplete portion.
  3. If incorrect information was provided by you, NO REFUND will be issued once the project has started or been completed.
