Cancellation & Refund Policy

The website https://RealSubscriber.com where as referred as Site. Certain features of the Services of the Site may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, which will be posted on the Service in connection with such features.

Payment Terms

The following terms apply to Customers who have purchased any Services of the Site.

The “Customer Payment” means the price paid by Customer when Customer ordered servivces or RealSubscriber's invoiced price for the Services issued through the payment gateway, Xoom and/or direct wire/bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not open a fraudulent dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.

RealSubscriber follows a transparent and no fuss Cancellation Policy. Here are the terms of the cancellation policy:

  • You can request a cancellation if your order has not been started within 7 days.
  • Cancellation requests will be considered only when the order unable to be completed and can not be delivered.
  • If you want to cancel an order that has already begun, we will deduct proportionally and refund you accordingly.
  • All cancellation requests should be sent to our Support Department.
  • The cancellation request will be processed and confirmed by our respective department within 24 hours.
  • RealSubscriber will not be held responsible for any third party services such as hosting, web development, content writing etc.

Refund Policy

We will make refunds of the Customer Payment, deducted transaction fees, to Customer using the same payment methods that Customer used to make the Payment to us.

If a refund is paid to Customer, then Customer will initially receive the amount of the Customer Payment, less transaction and other applicable fees.

We may refund Customers for the following reasons: 

  • Order was cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy specified above by RealSubscriber from time to time.
  • Service can not be performed.
  • Service can not be delivered within the time specified in each package.
  • Customer placed a duplicate order in error.

If you are not satisfied with an incomplete portion of the service, you can get a proportional refund for the remaining service.

If your order has been completed partially and can be delivered we will provide a partial refund respectively with the completion.

In the event that incorrect information was provided by you, we will not refund any amount in the case that a project has started and/or has been completed.

Our main goal is always to keep you completely happy from begining to end.
